Model Homes In Manhattan

350 West Broadway has designed model homes like never before. A true breakthrough in the world of real estate these homes are exclusive and made for the chosen ones. Its interiors are designed by William T. Georgis, the man behind lobby at 350 West Broadway, and a building of full floor residence at Newyork’s Soho. The building has six homes in all and a duplex penthouse with a private roof.

Georgis has employed a rich, but understated palette of materials in a clean, restrained design. The lobby is an evocative space with fumed oak floors, Vermont Cold Spring Granite and lacquered wall panels. Also the space is furnished with an eclectic mix of custom and antique furniture showcasing “Female Portrait Composition” by estemmed painter George Condo, “Seabed” a sculptural installation by ceramicist Peter Lane and bronze door pulls by artist and designer Michele Oka Doner.

Apart from using the best pieces of art, the thoughtful designer has used different shades of red to enliven the space pairing a semi-circular plush red velvet couch with a cream area rug. An eight-person dining table sits below a vintage Murano glass chandelier and accent pieces include a waterfall table made of sharkskin, an ostrich-skin chaise, and a collection of art books. Aby Rosen, the developer and Gerogis have added their personal touch in the furnishings, art forms and more. Such that it looks like more of a home than a house. One glance at this model home and you will be all ready to move in.
