Michael Jackson’s Rented Home Back on the Market

The mansion Michael Jackson was living in when he died in June 2009 is back on the market. The mansion which was built in 2002 was designed by Richard Landry. It is located on North Carolwood Drive in the elite area of Holmby. It is a lavish home with all the luxury features spread on a 1.26 acre lot. But the feature that gets most highlighted right now is that Michael Jackson spent his last days in this house and this fact makes this French Chateau style mansion unique.

The property has been listed for $28.995 million with Jerry Jolton of Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills South. Jackson never bought this home but had rented the property for $100,00 a month. This seven bedroom home is owned by Roxanne and Hubert Guez who is the current CEO of Ed Hardy brand.

The home has all the standard features including a library, theatre room and wine cellar. There is a guest house and a pool also on the property. The current owner Guez had bought the property in 2004 for $18.5 million. He had listed it for $38 million in 2008 but had to scale it down looking at the current trend in real estate prices. If you are a Michael Jackson fan the home could mean something special for you.
