News is Michael Jackson’s merry time seems to be over as his Neverland Ranch is set to be auctioned unless he pays $24 million plus interest he owes on the estate. Financial Title Co. cased the notice of trustee’s sale with Santa Barbara County Superior Court, scheduling the auction date on 19 March. It would include his locomotive, curtains and other home furnishings and accessories. Jackson is being warned by the court to take necessary action in order to maintain his possession of the generous estate. Once it looses from its hands, it would be welcoming an opening bid for $24.5 million, thereby justifying the interest and other costs due on Jackson’s behalf. The ascetic star is no longer residing in his renowned 2,500-acre spread in Los Olivos, an admired tourist spot northwest of Santa Barbara for its wineries.
