Marion Davies Beverley Hills Mansion Listed for $95 Million

Luxury mansion of William Randolph Hearst and actress Marion Davies has been listed for $95 million on market. The luxury home is located in fifty thousand square foot area of Beverly Hills. Due to unusual circumstances the home owned by Leonard M. Ross, is now hit the market list. Beverly House was designed by world famous architect Gordon Kaufmann and is situated on the hilltop. The mansion was built in 1920s by Milton Getz, banking executive, was owned by Mr. Ross more than thirty years who is the fourth owner.

The legendary ground was designed by Paul G. Thiene who was a landscape architect. The mansion in H shape has intricately designed panel walls and ceilings with rooms, French doors, floor to ceiling windows; massive gardens with cascading water fall to the pools, stone-paved courtyard. The whole structure is a combination of Italian and Spanish style. It also features owners and staff office and accommodation for staff, guest house, a commercial kitchen, media center, and indoor bar, eight-car garage, security cottage, and an apartment.

It hosted Jacqueline and John F. Kennedy for their honeymoon. A scene from The Godfather was filmed on this site. The name Beverly House, was named by William Randolph Hearst, who had acted in this movie. During Ross ownership, the property was expanded and refurbished. He added to the estate another 20,000 sq/ft acquiring adjacent property.
