But holding the Hayden Properties, the Singaporean artist designed this concept a year ago and ensured that lifting the car to your living room would now be easier than the former.
Standing away from its competitor’s viz. CapitaLand and City Developments, the builder claims to offer state-of-the-art technology housing in this 30-storey building that can lift cars. True, buildings with such concept exist in the U.S. and Dubai but Hayden’s project, to be known as The Hamilton would be the tallest. The Hamilton one of the project under the umbrella of Hayden’s two maiden projects and is estimated to cost over $663 million combined.
