Luxurious Apartments Of Palazzo Versace Dubai Sold Out

Second of the thirteen planned Palazzo Versace resort is nearing completion in being constructed and the resort was still being constructed even through the recent troublesome economic times. The second Palazzo Versace resort is in Dubai, while the first one is on Australia’s Gold Coast and it is the only 8-star hotel in the world.

Italian – Versace décor has consumed the resort that includes 169 luxurious apartments, eighty percent of which have been sold out. The resort also holds 217 hotel suites that have been decorated with furnishings from Versace’s home range décor. The hotel will showcase art, artifacts and antiques and will also encompass reflection pools and fountains, landscaped gardens and grounds with promenades, terraces, and water features and other such structures that reflect luxury and beauty coupled with style and elegance. The $626m hotel and residences are a project of the joint venture between Australian-based Sunland Group Limited and the UAE’s Emirates International Holdings, called the Emirates Sunland Group.

Managing director Soheil Abedian had proposed the idea of a Versace branded hotel to the Sunland Group back in 1997 after having visited the House of Versace. This line of hotels will definitely redefine the word luxury for this generation.
