Longines is out with a new woman’s watch collection that will hopefully reassert the brand’s hegemony in the luxury market. Dubbed the Primaluna collection, this one has a whole range of style that comes with a soft round case and classic jewelry style bracelet. Might we add that Longines was pretty smart to offer the design in steel with very modestly priced quartz movements. These go all the way up to high end luxury models in precious elements like gold and diamonds. Each of these models are 30mm wide and come equipped with a sapphire crystal. They ware water resistant too up till 100 meters.
We think that the basic and very affordable models are quite nice. You will love the intense dial designs which go really well with the Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Diamonds have been used to make the hour markers and also some on the dials.
There is also the option of choosing between steel and rose gold models. Some might find the style of the watches a bit conservative which will appeal to all the dignified women out there as well as the rebels who always enjoy doing some miss-match work with their personal style.
