The Langham has teamed up with Stephen Webster, British jewelry designer, who has created with pastry chef Cherish Finden the Stephen Webster Bijoux Afternoon Tea.
The limited edition tea is the inspiration of Webster’s latest collection called “Murder She wrote”, in which diamonds and colourful gemstones are combined to create a distinguished piece. So Finden has artfully crafted the confectionaries and cakes by the inspiration of murder mystery’s dramatic theme. In the place of diamonds guests have shimmering items as crystal clear as diamond with blackcurrant jelly featuring dark chocolate and peppercorn. The Stephen Webster Bijoux Afternoon Tea is priced at $79.This will be available in palm Court of Langham from September 1st of this year through March 31st of next year.
