Jean Paul Gaultier Creates Interesting Designs for Guy de Jean Umbrellas

Opening Ceremony, who has been retailing a range of products in Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles, since 2002, has put up a collection of umbrellas from the French label Guy de Jean. What is unique about this particular collection is that Jean Paul Gaultier has worked with the French label to create some interesting and very appealing designs. He has created a whole range of designs that makes a simple umbrella an object of desire.

The signature stripes of Jean Paul Gaultier stands out in this collection also. There are long umbrellas and pliant auto umbrellas with different stripes in different colors. There are Triangle Mexican umbrellas with flowery prints on the stripes. There is a unique design of triangle umbrella with alphabet prints. Over all the Gaultier collection of Guy de Jean umbrellas present a very restrained modern look.

There are multiple color options offered for each design. Though, we would of course recommend the ivory and navy combination. Practically all the designs are available both in a hook handle or a pliant auto version. The colorful yet restrained designs will surely brighten your day in spite of the snow. The collection is already available at the Opening Ceremony.
