Hollywood Chef Jack Lee Presents The World’s Most Expensive Lobster Egg Roll For The Royal Taste Buds


The bid to preserve the environment and the ecology of our fragile planet, especially when it comes to endangered animals is so strong that even the menus of some of the most renowned restaurants have been modified to serve ecofriendly food. Now, one of the most renowned international chefs, Jack Lee is who is widely revered in Hollywood has come out with a fantastic new delicacy that is also said to be the world’s most expensive lobster egg roll, carrying a price tag of $100. This extremely pricey dish has been introduced by Chinoise Cuisine and the company has stated that the need for its invention arose from the rapidly depleting marine life from the oceans. This extravagant lobster egg roll when introduced was composed of shark fin, Maine lobster, julienne baby carrots, Shitake mushrooms and wild Taro root. However, as the predicament of the sharks dawned on the owner of Chinoise Cuisine, he immediately removed the shark fin from the ingredients.

Now, the world’s most expensive lobster egg roll has been redesigned with Maine lobster tail, Alaskan king crab, summer black truffle and julienned nagaimo (mountain potato), baby carrot and wild baby taro root. Yet, what makes it so attractive and  such high priced is the addition of Sveruga caviar and gold leaf that are added to the dish as toppings and served alongside a fresh raspberry and 2009 Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc reduction dipping sauce. The inventor of this succulent dish Jack Lee has been in the food industry for a long time and is considered to be one of the foremost chefs in the field of customized gourmet menus for celebrity events and private parties.
