The success of the inaugural event Hainan Rendez-Vous 2010 has motivated the organizers to work harder and plan even better for the second edition of the successful event. The dates have been set for the second spectacular edition of Hainan Rendez-Vous, with a massive increase expected of visitors and exhibitors alike.
The second edition will be held from April 1 to 4, 2011. It is Asia’s first and only exhibition dedicated exclusively to business jets, large yachts and luxury lifestyle. The organizers are determined to build on the stellar success of the inaugural event which showcased 12 business jet brands, over 60 yachts ranging from 40 to 100 feet, and a number of high-end watch marquees, jeweler brands and fashion labels. The sale completed during the event was worth $90 million.
The Hainan Province officials were also very optimistic about the future as the event had brought with it many breakthroughs and opportunities for the development of tourism on the island. The event brought together the Chinese and Western cultures and the venue made it into a world class event.  It presented to the world the future of China’s luxury market. Big names from big brands and companies attended the event and many more are sure to attend the next edition.
