Some of the older hotels prefer going for a complete renovation and even shut down the hotel for the purpose even if it takes a couple of years.

Four Seasons George V is no different and is in the process of reinventing itself and present itself in a new light to its loyal customer base. They are going in for an overall renovation of rooms and have decided to add a luxurious penthouse in the process. The penthouse is being designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon on the eighth floor of the property and he has been given a free hand. He has pulled out all stops to make it one of the best you may see in Paris. The walls have been done in sycamore, majilite, and silk. The travertine flooring add a touch of class.
Four Seasons George V Penthouse Tariff Sure to be in Five Figures
It is not just the walls and floors that are deluxe but the entire 160 sq meter of space is being turned into the most luxurious space in the city. The furnishing will be lavish, the glassware will be Baccarat Crystal. Its six terraces and winter garden will provide the best views of Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Hotel’s master florist Jeff Leatham is justifiably famous for his magical displays in the lobby of the hotel. He brings the same magic to the penthouse as you can see flowers all over. The bathroom of the Penthouse is equally spectacular with some design elements borrowed from their famous Ty Warner Penthouse at the Four Seasons New York. The Penthouse is ready to be opened for the guests but it is not being booked online at the moment. Even the tariff of the high end penthouse has not been declared but it would be reasonable to assume that it would be in five figures.
