First Swissotel Living Opens Next to Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul

Swissotel Living is a new concept of an exclusive extended stay suite by Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and their first property, The Bosphorus Istanbul is ready for guests. It was a project that took 2.5 years to complete and cost €20 million. The new property that has come up just adjacent to the Swissotel has sixty three elegant suites ranging from one to three bedrooms. The newly built property has the ultimate in style and luxury and gives access to the guests to the full range of hotel services.

This experiment of the suite concept will be replicated in other Swissôtel destinations in the future as there is a definite demand for more Swissôtel Living residences. The Swissôtel The Bosphorus is a“Leading Hotel of the World,” and the amenities and features include the 43,000 square foot, 14 room Amrita Spa & Wellness facility, the fashionable Gaja Restaurant, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, room service, the Business Center, and extensive gardens spanning 65 acres. The Swissotel Living guests have full access to these facilities like any other guest of the hotel.

Khuan Chew, the renowned designer had conceive the project in the same unusual and distinct style of the Swissôtel The Bosphorus. The layout of each deluxe private residence has been done in such a way as to provide the best panoramic view of the Bosphorus. Every apartment has been done up with state-of-the-art technology, from LCD TVs to home cinema, fully equipped kitchens and exquisitely appointed bathrooms to make them the ultimate in modern living. Apart from the hotel facilities the Swissôtel Living guests can use the library in the communal lounge or the rooftop pool and roof terrace at any time of day. The rates range between € 600 and € 6000 for a night.
