Atlanta Falcon’s tight end Tony Gonzalez and his wife October have been trying real hard to sell their Manhattan Beach, California home. The property was put up for sale last year with a listed worth of $3.999 million. But now, the value has gone down to $3.6 million. Looks like the global economic recession has taken over most people’s finances for Gonzalez has decide to thrown in a new Porsche 911 Cabriolet within 10 days of the close of escrow if he a recieved a full-price offer. Sweet.
A little research told us that Gonzalez bough the four-bedroom home way back in 2003 for $1.575 million. And since then the sportsman has spend quite a bit in gutting and fully renovating the house.
Apparently, the best feature of the house is a huge roof deck that has a barbecue area too apart from the shaded lounger and a hot tub. Again, the location of the house is pretty good being just a couple of blocks from the ocean. Gorgeous views assured. The inside features two living rooms, dining room, a bar and a master bedroom suite with a fireplace and a patio. There is a garage too to park the new Porsche.
