Sir John Nash, an architect who had designed many venerable structures in the 19th century 150 years ago, was known for a row of mansions overlooking the Rowing Lake. It is now the world’s most expensive property, on sale for 400 million pounds. The terraced mansions are located in Cornwall Terrace, Regent’s Park, London.
The developers Oakmayne had purchased the property two and a half years ago. The awesome terraced property has undergone reconstruction and renovation to get the needed facelift. Each property measures between eight thousand to fourteen thousand square feet, having 5 to 7 bed rooms combining elements of rich architectural heritage and contemporary technology.
All the 8 manors provide hydraulic elevators, multi-room iPad-controllable audiovisual, lighting system, gym, spa, and a big garage. The entrance hall’s size is as large as the embassy hall and the average size of a London apartment is similar to that of each master bedroom.
Two floors have been built at a lower place than the original basement which consumed a period of one complete. Each mansion would cost between twenty nine million pounds and sixty million pounds.
