Much of the property craze in LA is concentrated around Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Sometimes, areas like Sunset Blvd and other areas are even more sought after because of all the movie stars that stay there. This time around, there is a cool new property which is being put up for sale by Kevin Griffin, who is from the band Better than Ezra.
He and his wife bought the house at Silver Lake once Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans, for a price of $1.595 million in 2006. Now, they have twins and need more space, and thus are selling it for a price of $1.65 million. There are large porches, which offer you with great views of the hillside, and you could take in all the beauty and drink tea, or smoke up a bit.
In fact, the house is great to invite friends over and have a great and crazy party. It has an area of 2,900 square foot and is enough for a small family, who wishes to stay in a great but off beat area of Los Angeles. I would so love to buy this for myself, but alas, I lack the cash. If you have the money, you should get it!
