The all new Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach Resort has received the 2010 OrbitzBest In Stay Award by Orbitz.com. The awards select the 100 top-rated hotels based on reviews by customers on Orbitz.com. The survey is based on the opinions of customers who rate the service, amenities, comfort, location and value. These scores were then added and the one with the overall highest score got the coveted first prize. Diana Schloss, Orbitz Worldwide Florida East Coast Sr. Market Manager said that, “Reviews and scores for each hotel are collected only from Orbitz customers who have booked and stayed at the hotel. Reviewers are asked to rate a variety of hotel attributes on a scale of 1 to 5…the ‘overall score’ is an average of all reviewer scores submitted.”
