Doubters Question the Scheduled Release of DiMoras $2 Million Car

DiMora Motorcar, based in Palm Springs, California has been working on a wonder car for the last three and a half years. Though a lot of people are of the opinion that the car will never be made but it is scheduled for a 2012 release and if it does it will be the most expensive production car. If the car ever gets made it will be a marriage of science fiction and reality.

It is proposed to be a four-door sedan with a staggering $2 million sticker price, 16-speed transmission, top speed of 270 mph and a chassis made out of biodegradable lava rock. The paint job will change according to the temperature. It will have tint control windows and leather seats that stay cool even in hot climes.

Currently, the world’s most expensive production car is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, a 1,000-horsepower coupe with a top speed of 267 mph that retails for $1.7 million. It might remain the most expensive car for some time as some analysts feel that the DiMora car might remain a car that every one has heard about but no one’s really seen. They point out that cars like this exist entirely in the twisted minds of their creators. Though Alfred DiMora sounds very confident about the project and claims it is on track.
