Modern Luxury Media too boasts of publishing 26 titles in 12 influential major cities that encompasses New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Washington DC, Miami, San Diego, Orange County and Hawaii. It outshines in capturing the debonair metropolitan lifestyle.
No wonder it has always been the undisputed leader in upscale publications. Dickey Publishing has made a pact with radio broadcaster Cumulus Media to administer Modern Luxury through its Structured Management Services unit. Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc is an advisor to Dickey Publishing and also providing debit and equity funding for the transaction.
