The English football legend David Beckham and his wife Victoria are finally making their United states of America their permanent residence. Their seven bedroom country mansion in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire is now on sale which has an estimated valuation of 18 million pounds. The couple seems to have spent more than its present worth on renovation over the years. The elite property boasts of outdoor swimming pools, a petting zoo, recording studio, a snooker room, a gym, and state-of-the-art floodlit tennis courts.
The couple already held a place of residence in Beverly Hills in California. They now plan to make Los Angeles their main base for the family. Maintaining homes across the world was one of their major outgoings and hence they took the decision to sell their Beckingham Palace.
They also own a £2million château in France and a luxury apartment in Dubai. The couple also plans to buy over a central London townhouse and considering options in Chelsea or Belgravia for their UK visits.
