Chopin a brand which very closely resembles the jewellery brand Chopard ( in terms of its spelling) launched its 200 litre mammoth vodka bottle and invited all its connections from the Hollywood to come and put their signature on the bottle, just like pilgrims pay respect at their shrine. This was organized at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF)
This Poland based company organized this extravaganza because it was the 200th birth anniversary of the famous Polish composer (after his name this liquor brand was named).
This liquor company has been in the news for quite a while now, first it presented its American Riviera Award to the ageless Sandra Bullock, and because she received the award, she had to show some respect towards the company. So, she landed up signing the bottle first. Later, many guests followed her. Earlier Tommy Lee Jones, Forest Whitaker and Mickey Rourke have also been felicitated by this award. This award recognizes actors who have changed the face of the American cinema.
Later, this bottle will be sent to the U.S and will be auctioned there to support The GRAMMY Foundation’s Music Preservation Project. This bottle will certainly provide months of inebriation and revelry to the winner.
