The Inbrics M1 from Inbrics was just unveiled at the CES 2010. The slider handset looks almost like an Android phone. It comes with great feature such as; 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED display, a 3 megapixel camera, a front-facing VGA camera, 16GB of built-in storage, a microSd slot, and all the other normal trimmings. Best of all its features is undoubtedly the thickness of the phone, which is only half an inch thick.
Besides the cool features, the phone also comes with a full QWERTY Keyboard. The phone will hit the market by March. At present, it is running Android 1.5 and will soon be upgraded to Android 2.0 by March. However, the 800MHz Samsung processor, the same chip that is in the Samsung Moment is a bit of a concern. Inbrics is also known for having a lot of custom UI and software running on top of Android.
However, the best and the most interesting part is what they are doing with video calling and beaming media that includes from handset to videophone, to TV to laptop over DLNA or through an access point device, which can be plugged into the TV over HDMI. Inbrics seems to have lots to offer. They also have a Cover Flow-Style media browser. The price and the actual date of its release are yet to be finalized.
