Have you ever heard or come across a transparent speaker? Well, at least I wasn’t au fait with it until I saw “Fils Sound Film” at the CES 2010. You name the gadget, and this year’s CES seems to have it all at the umpteen counters it has set up. This cool transparent speaker looks like a piece of acetate and it is not the kind of a speaker that you will easily identify as one.
This high-end speaker developed by FILS, a Korean electronics manufacturer is unique in every way possible. The speaker is a flexible light transparent technology that can be used anywhere you prefer. It is easy to carry as it is pretty much handy.
You can get rid of your cumbersome speakers and switch over to this one as they come really handy especially when you want to go on a picnic in the woods or by the lake. The speakers are activated using piezoelectric film, which produces sound waves when electrical current is applied. The sound quality may not be the best as the low end drops out at 200Hz but it can go up to 25KHz.
