Luxury rentals have never been this cool. If you are a comic fan with deep pockets, seeking a house for rent, you could move in right away. The property is available at a rent of $50,000 a month. If you want to buy it, this luxury mansion for rent will set you back by a little over $23 million.
This 1 Main Street overlooks Brooklyn, New York. Four transparent and gigantic wall clocks, set at cardinal points of north, south, east and west, provide brilliant views of the city. So, if you did happen to be Bruce Wayne, this should keep you clued in all the criminal activities taking place in Gotham City.
The 7,000 square-foot apartment is currently the costliest property in Brooklyn. It houses an open living area, dining space and kitchen on the main floor, which boasts of 16-foot-high ceilings. Three bedrooms stand on the second floor. An open loft sits on the third with a 15-foot ceiling. A staircase leads higher still to a crow’s nest-like area at the very top of the building.
The triplex penthouse apartment apparently went up on sale in 2009 with a price tag of $25 million. However, there were no takers. So after a brief sabbatical, the property was put up on the market again, with a revised price tag of $23.5 million.
