The luxury hotel Hazelton boasts of some luxury private residences. The residences have been so designed that it can avail all the amenities of the luxury hotel yet maintain a level of privacy deserved by a private residence. The residents of the hotel on the corner of Hazelton Ave. and Yorkville also get in through the main lobby of the hotel but they then move on to their exclusive elevators that takes them directly to their unit’s entry hall. It eliminates the chances of running into a neighbor in the hallway.
Unit 501 is the highlight of the luxury homes in the hotel. It has a second door further down the hallway that is used to take the food delivered by a server in the vestibule. This is the greatest advantage the residences enjoy that they can order room service from the kitchens of celebrity chef Mark McEwan. Another perk of living in the hotel is the possibility of a chance encounter with a Hollywood star in the lobby during the Toronto International Film Festival. Ms. Lindsay highlighted the Suite in the residences section of the hotel which is a condominium unit offering 5,000 square feet of flexible floor plan that can be modified as per the requirement of the resident.
