Westminster Terrace, One of The Biggest Penthouses In Hong Kong

Westminster Terrace, a penthouse is the second development project in Hong Kong undertaken by Grosvenor, a privately owned international property development, investment and fund management group. This penthouse is located on the 40th floor of a residential development in the Approach Bay. It is a very spacious space with around 6,500 square feet of living space spread over two stories. Infact it happens to be one of the largest penthouses in Hong Kong.

The approximate cost of this penthouse is a steep HK$25,000 to 30,000 per sq ft. Nicholas Loup, Chief Executive at Grosvenor Asia Pacific, said: “We are delighted to launch the Penthouse which provides generous 6,500 sq ft internally with three outdoor terraces of 1,900 sq ft, finished to the highest standard by award winning designer Tara Bernerd. The two storey penthouse makes the most of the breathtaking views of Tsing Ma Bridge across to Central with a generous 11.5 ft floor to ceiling height. Being centrally located in Hong Kong, the penthouse is convenient for the business traveller and provides both luxurious living accommodation but also voluminous entertaining space.”

Its spacious roof terrace allows for outdoor cooking, dining and lounging, and also has a lovely infinity pool. The special features however are the back-lit onyx staircase leading to the upper floor, and one of the largest twin steam showers in Hong Kong in its master suite.
