Indianapolis will celebrate its annual Vintage Indiana Festival on June 5. Vintage Indiana Festival is a unique festival which is held in the beginning of summer each year and it brings together finest wineries of Indiana. The day long festival offers best of wines for tasting, best food and also includes lot of events, educational programs for families and kids. It is ideal weekend outing for those who appreciate fine taste of wine and life.
Vintage Indiana Festival is also meeting point of different finest wineries including the new ones. This year’s new entrants are Indian Creek Winery, Wildcat Creet Winery and Wilson Wines and in all 26 Indiana wineries will join the festival. The fare is not just restricted to wine alone, some 11 restaurants will be joining the celebrations which also includes entertainment, art, children’s activities and different educational programs. The Wine and Food Experience Pavillion will host food and wine sessions with best chef and winemakers.
The Vintage Indiana Festival will be held at Military Park, downtown Indianapolis from 11 a.m to 7 p.m. First 10,000 people will get finely etched wine glass free along with the tickets which are modestly priced $25. There are overnight hotel stay packages available too for those who wish to stay back.
