Renzo Rosso, the co-founder of denim brand Diesal has made it to the list with a net worth of $3 billion. Apart from diesel he owns the majority stakes in other brands like Marni and Victor & Rolf, adding to his net worth. Peruvian cosmetics company, Yanbal International has expanded its market to Latin America and Spain, and has in the process propelled its owner, Fernando Belmont to this list. He is valued at $2.2 billion. The designer duo of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana are one of the biggest names in the fashion world, and now they have entered the world of billionaires with a net worth of $2 billion each. President of Artemis Group, Michael Pieper has amassed a wealth of $2 billion selling kitchen systems.
Isabel dos Santos is another female entrant on the list. She is the daughter of the Angolan president, and has substantial shares in several companies bringing her net worth to $2 billion. This bank balance makes her the richest woman in Africa. Lei Jun is an entrant from China. He is the chairman of Xiaomi, his country’s fastest growing smartphone company. His net worth is around $1.75 billion. India born MA Yusuff Ali is based in the Middle East and heads the LuLu Group, One of the fastest growing retail companies. His net worth is $1.5 billion. Vietnamese real estate mogul, Pham Nhat Vuong has a net worth of $1.5 billion and is chairman of the Vingroup conglomerate.
