It is called 3 Rms, Lk Vu by Michigan-based design firm Jruiter. It is a boat concept that takes your living home to water! Yet, it is not a houseboat one finds in tourist destinations across the world which make up for floating hotels. It is more personalized in nature. You can use it over a day for a picnic on a quite river. You could call it part apartment, or an outdoor living space for its features offer just that.
The pontoon boat houses a kitchen with dining space, a living room with seating, and a basking deck for sun-bathing or just chilling. You can relax and enjoy floating on the water with your family or friends, or move over to the floating kitchen for some quick cooking. All these come with a space heater that is tucked behind a retro style vent.

How often have you caught sleep on that train to work, while you hung on to a rod? Or wished you could fall asleep after a tired day’s work somewhere on the road without hurting yourself?
Did you know you can fall asleep standing now? It is true. Coming to the aid of those suffering from sleep deprivation woes is Vertical Bed frame which collapses into a brief case. How does it exactly work?
All you need to do is, to attach this Vertical Bed to the subway ventilation grill, and it will support your body weight with ease. The package has noise-cancelling headphones, opaque sunglasses, and a free standing umbrella.
You can shut your eyes with no disturbances at all. You don’t even have to lie down or squeeze yourself into a seat for those precious winks.
Vertical Bed was tested at Broadway and 33rd Street in New York for a 40 minute nap at 6 pm. The individual’s naps were repeated at four hour intervals in a polyphasic sleep schedule. He could smell the cologne of passersby and dreamed of a subversive van. It is made with the help of LMCC’s Swing Space Program.

Move over Scuba Diving. Just diving into deep waters to experience those underwater thrills is passé. You can now ride in water, not just over it. With a Scubacraft. It is a self-contained submersible and is also a capable surface watercraft. The craft, uses an internal combustion engine to reach a dive site where it can go in deep water of about 100 feet. The Scubacraft is a brainchild of Wales engineers.
Although the water vehicle is submersible, it is not a pressurized submarine. It does not need cranes to lower the craft below water. It does not need boats to carry it into the sea. The underwater thriller vehicle is much less expensive than submarines of similar size. If you dream of owning it though, unofficial figures rate it at $ 164,000.
The craft is sure to boost underwater tourism further, and has reportedly aroused the interest of film-makers. In future, you may even expect Scubacraft to feature a dedicated filming platform, as it is in concept stage now. For the moment, the craft is available in two models – the SC3 that is in prototype form, and the bigger SC6 which is yet to be built. For both, batteries will power electric thrusters under water. Cigarette will usher in its 40th anniversary celebrations at the Lauderdale International Boat Show in a rather inimitable style. It will showcase the entire Cigarette powerboat range, a visual treat for powerboat fans.
The Cigarette 50’ Marauder will be its showstopper. This star of a powerboat has triple Mercury Racing engines, from the 850SCi to the thundering 1200’s, and can speed so swift you gape in awe. Visitors at the show can also get to see the iconic 38’ Top Gun. Top Gun is a typical old world kind of design in the Cigarette powerboat range, although the brand has embraced modernity and technology with ease. The model is easy to drive and has low maintenance, and is known for its superb handling characteristics.
Other Cigarette models are great too. The display’s new designs will be spectacular cockpits.
The Cigarette range display for this 40 year old brand established by the late Don Aronow at North Miami Beach, is evidently all about bringing to fore its commitment to quality, be it in the construction, power, rigging, upholstery and paint work of powerboats.

Brand Mastercraft is all set to embark on its first voyage in the big boat business. Now these are rather tricky waters, but that does not deter the maker of the MasterCraft 300. It is quite sure of its creation that extends along 30 feet with a 40 inch twin inboard boat. We are told that the company is hoping to reset the expectations of the buyer of how a day tripper should actually be.
The MasterCraft is a recreational vessel that sets new benchmark in luxury and technology. Its cockpit has an electric equipment that is standard for a big boat but if you like you can always opt for the Raymarine E80 that has a monitor with maps, radar and a 3-D terrain view of the ocean floor.

We live in the age when cars are getting smaller and smaller, to the point of becoming three wheeled vehicles. If the four-wheeler segment is undergoing dramatic changes in product production, so is the two-wheeler part of automobile industry too.
Mileage, looks, power, or whatever you call, a great amount of research is happening on the motorcycles and scooters front. How would you react then, to a motorcycle that defies the notion of two wheels and metamorphosizes into a four-wheeled rarity your eyes may not quite be used to?
Would you call it a motorcycle? Technically motorcycles are supposed to have just two wheels. Cars are supposed to have four. The 2010 Cosmos 4RW V8 Muscle Bike is at times bizarre looking and at other times looks like a fusion of some kind. It stretches out longer than a normal motorcycle does, it has a 350 cubic inch engine, which also has 350 horsepower. And has, four wheels. Four big wheels with two in the front, two in the back, except that the pairs look stuck together.
You may be able to ride it only if you are big in size. The advantage is that two big wheels will not let you fall for lack of balance. The wheels measure 17-inches. And the price is: $93,200.

Downhill bicycle, or so it is called. But Bergmönch backpack scooter is a surprise. It is supposed to be called a scooter apparently, because unlike the conventional bicycles, it has no pedals. The vehicle having a bigger wheel on its front and smaller one on its back, uniquely folds up once you are done with moving downhill.
What is interesting is that this scooter, bicycle or downhill wheeler can be packed into your backpack for your trek uphill or journey elsewhere. Is that not a better choice to a really tough bet on bicycling uphill? Considering it works only on downslopes, when you reach a plain while downhill you may need to fold it back into your backpack, and for the smoother terrain, you can kneel when you ride down.
The bike is custom-made for rough terrains, has an aluminium frame, full suspension, triple-hardened tubes, adjustable air shocks and disc brakes. With this, you can store your other things in the backpack too.

This one is like a spaceship that found itself by mistake on the lake water near you. Or like a UFO that turned fancy to let you dine in it. It is called iRev. And can seat 10 people at once in it. Costing not less than $ 24,000 and due to be out for sale by January 2010, this is an ultimate party experience. The Interactive Recreational Entertainment Vessel has circular decks to seat people.
In its little size, it has been fitted with and features a central low smoke charcoal grill that can be swapped for a number of other centerpieces, an outboard electric 2-5 hp motor with 8-10 hours of battery life, four storage bins, an integrated umbrella, and an optional audio package with marine approved 500 watt speakers, amplifier, satellite radio and a MP3 connection.

Luxury cruises are gaining a rather consistent popularity in the European seas. And when that just started, the MSC Splendid made a rather bold, loud and extravagant foray into the world of sea travel. The most grand-daddiest moment of all was the presence of actress Sophia Loren at its sail from Barcelona in July 2009 that spoke quite a lot about it being a special boat.
Now quite some time has passed since the sail of this opulent, luxury liner, but the truth is that the world still hasn’t heard much about its little feats. Its maker claims that the MS Splendida is perhaps the most gorgeous cruise ship in the world. The passegners experience the special European-Italian feel in the plush interiors. There are five swimming pools, 12 whirlpool baths, 18 bars and several lounges with a discotheque with some crazy music.

Look within yourself and tell us if you are the serious road traveller or not. If the answer is ‘yes’, then the MXXL24 AH M-Cab will be of interest to you. A made-to-order vehicle, this one takes the benchmark for mobile homes way up high. For starters, it comes well-equipped with both active and passive safety features like the cool burglarproof skylights and surveillance and full HD cameras.
We admire the concept for lending a heavy dose of luxury to the rugged terrains. The manufactuer has not left any stone unturned in translating this vehicle into an ultra-luxe one. There are two auto-tracking TV satellite recievers to get simultaneous reception of multiple pre-programmed satellites set up all over the world wide linear and circular signals.
