In recent years due to collapsed economy, a couple of luxury homes were made available at less cost for short term use which retained  exclusivity in exotic areas for their survival. The operators of the companies have to sell their luxury brand’s image. Exclusive Resorts, one of the luxury destination clubs of the world owned by Steve Case has unveiled less expensive travel service called Portico. Though Portico homes slightly smaller, they won’t charge set rate per day. The members of Portico need not buy a set number of days. They have to pay only for days they wish to travel. The initiation fee and annual fee of Portico would be $10,000 and $2,500 respectively.
For industrial standards the rates of Portico may be low but it is not very cheap as the charges are non -refundable.
