Dubai based luxury Hotel Company Jumeirah Group is expanding its presence beyond the region and has signed an agreement with PT Asia Pasifik Properties who have an upcoming luxury property on the island of Bali, Indonesia. Jumeirah Group which is a member of Dubai Holding will operate the luxury resort which is scheduled to open in 2015. The resort located on the southern tip of the exclusive Jimbaran District will be known as Jumeirah Bali. It is a prime location as it overlooks the pristine sands of the renowned Dreamland surfer’s beach.
The property is coming up adjacent to Bali’s exclusive New Kuta Golf Course and that would make it very attractive for golfers who love to travel and play at different courses around the world. The luxury resort will have 80 spacious hotel suites and 25 private villas. The architecture is inspired by an ancient Javanese-Hindu water palace and reflects Bali’s rich cultural heritage. Lush, tropical gardens around the complex will complement the ambiance. Three restaurants have been planned for the hotel offering a variety of fine international and local cuisines.
A unique feature of the resort will be an exclusive cliff-top wedding venue that captures stunning sunset views. Jumeirah’s signature Talise Spa and a state-of-the-art fitness centre will add to the exclusive appeal of the resort. A business centre equipped with the state of the art communications technology will make it suitable for upscale corporate guests as well. Gerald Lawless, Executive Chairman of Jumeirah Group and Sukowati Sosrodjojo, Chief Executive Officer of PT Asia Pasifik Properti signed the agreement on behalf of their companies and were excited about taking the award winning service of Jumeirah to a luxurious resort with Balinese ambiance.
