Amanresorts International Pte is one of the most important luxury resorts in India, and abroad. Apparently, FLF Ltd, an Indian real estate developer has received more than 5 non binding bids for Amanresorts and they all range between $400 and $450 million. They own more than 25 small luxury resorts all across the world. LVMH is particularly interested in buying Amanresports as they feature luxury in an unprecedented manner. However, Amanresorts plans to keep its resort in New Delhi intact without giving it to anyone else. If LVMH had taken over it, it actually would have done them good.
