One of the biggest fashion houses in the world and a leading entity in the realm of high end global fashion, Louis Vuitton, has now announced that the company will be launching its very first luxury shopping destination in Singapore by the name of Louis Vuitton Island Maison. This bespoke luxury shopping venue will be located at Marina Bay Sands and will count as the fifth Louis Vuitton store in Singapore. The Island Maison luxury shopping center will be opened on 18th September 2011 and will feature a unique architectural design that will infuse with the upscale Marina Bay Sands region. The Island Maison is said to be a one of a kind concept by Louis Vuitton that carries unique interiors, inspired greatly from the marine environment. The interiors of Island Maison in Singapore have been fabricated by the highly acclaimed and award winning architect Peter Marino.
The Island Maison will provide the customers with a bespoke and elegant shopping experience. The shopping center’s ground floor will be composed of men’s and women’s leather goods, ready to wear, shoes and accessories. Furthermore, Louis Vuitton has also paid extensive attention to the world of luxury travel as the mezzanine level of the center will be dedicated solely to travel luggage and accessories and is also said to be the first Travel Room in Asia Pacific.
To ensure that the visitors experience the magnificence of marina inspired architecture, the Island Maison also features an outdoor loggia that been designed in the form of a deck on a luxury yacht. The visitors will also be able to spend some quality time in the store’s private lounge.
