The Royal Couple’s Visit to California Triggers a Flood of Royal Packages from California Hotels

The Royal Wedding, last April was used as a big opportunity by hoteliers around the world to create packages for guests to feel connected to the mega event. They are not giving up on it as yet. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are scheduled to visit California following their maiden visit to Canada. The royal couple will be in the state between July 8 and 10. Hotels in California have been inspired to create royal packages to coincide with the royal visit. They are offering a Royal Wedding Celebration Package for a couple at $1,449. It entitles the couple to a welcome with champagne and caviar and an overnight stay in the Presidential suite overnight. The package provides for private in-suite dinner service, a coffee table book about the Royal Wedding, his and hers bathrobes, a couples-massage in a private villa. High tea will be provided in suite or in the spa. Valet parking is complementary for guests opting for the package.

Maison 140

They have a truly unique package on offer which allows you to rent the entire hotel for a night for $50,000. The 44 room hotel can accommodate up to 50 guests. The Royal Celebration they are offering will include a champagne welcome, afternoon at the Neil George Salon high tea service, cocktail reception, dinner at Petrossian Restaurant night cap and a continental breakfast the next morning. Paso Robles Inn

Their California Royalty Hearst Castle package, as the name suggests, is centered on the Hearst Castle. The guests will enjoy a special day tour of the castle and a picnic lunch in San Simeon. The Safari Nights package from Sonoma hotel reminds you Africa where William and Kate got engaged. The guests can look forward to a private sundowner, exploration of the Sonoma Serengeti with rhinos and cheetahs, an evening with dinner, wine and evening port around the fire pit with the owners, Peter and Nancy Lang.
