Private Adventure Option by Crystal adds Excitement to a Pre Established Tour

Crystal Cruises has been receiving top ratings as luxury cruise for two decades and one of the main reasons is that they give equal importance to shore side experiences. For years now Crystal has offered guests a “Crystal Private Adventure” program for those who love to see legendary sites, but dislike group tours. Crystal is now complementing its ultra-luxury cruise experience with a private shore excursion alternative. The Private Adventure Option will offer already organized group excursions in a more intimate way. The exclusive program will be launched by the cruise this year in August and September.

Now the guests on the cruise can go out in parties of two, four or six with a private vehicle and a personal guide and tour Ephesus, Pompeii or the city of Barcelona. The shore side itinerary has already been carefully crafted by Crystal’s Land Programs team. Thomas Mazloum, Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations realized that the guests appreciated the creative content of their Crystal Adventures but most of them expressed the desire to take the tour by themselves to make it even more personal. After all, a luxury vacation becomes perfect only when you are able to personalize it.

Over the years Crystal has offered customization opportunities to its guests through their Crystal Private Adventure program. The new options are similar but they follow established excursions in a private way. The new options will become available from August 14 and September 13 on Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, respectively. The prices would generally be 25% higher than the group tours. The rates will vary depending on the excursion length, vehicle size, guide costs and sites visited. You may pre reserve the new program through email till one week prior to embarkation of the cruise. These options effectively combine the advantages of group tours and excitement of private tours.
