Racing bikes and racing cars have evolved over ages and many different kinds of hybrid racing vehicles have been launched as well. Scorpion Motorsports is all set to catch eye-balls of the racing world with its new kind of three-wheeler P6 Trike (Trike is a three wheeler bike which looks like any Formula One racing car). P6 truly looks like an awesome next generation racing trike and this could be beginning of new breed of three-wheeler racing cars.
Scorpion Motorsports P6 front side looks like any Formula One car at first glance only the rear end reveals single center wheel. The body is entirely made of carbon fiber and interiors have awesome leather and suede upholstery, there are Tilton pedals and other interesting essentials and add-ons. It has a great suspension mechanism with adjustable shocks absorbers. P6 Trike has another P6 Turbo version as well which is fitted with turbo kit, titanium exhaust system and better power commander configuration. Both versions of P6 Trikes have 600 cc engine which produces nearly 126 horse power. For motor racing fans these numbers for a three-wheeler will sound more intriguing.
Scorpion Motorsports seems to have designed P6 Trikes with loads of confidence because this new kind of three-wheeler racing trike has price tag of $29,900. The price really makes one wonder as to why anyone would go for three-wheeler racing trike when one can buy good sports car at the same cost? Of course they must have done some market survey/research before building this one. Let us hope P6 Trike will gain acceptance in the racing and motorsports world.
