Static Caravan or Luxury Holiday Home at The Warren Sells for £½ million

The Haulfryn Group which owns The Warren had their most successful year yet for sales. Whatever be the reason, they haven’t found it difficult to sell or realize the desired price. Their latest is a four bedroom luxury holiday home at the Warren in the Llyn Peninsula resort. What makes the home exclusive is its unrestricted view of the sea and its own staircase down to the beach.

It is a prestigious address to have as the holiday park is very popular with the Cheshire Set. The company has decided against installing air-conditioning as it is not environment friendly. Instead they have provided for under floor heating and reflective double glazing that keeps the heat out in summer and keeps it in during winters. The furniture provided for the interiors are mostly Italian. The kitchen is also modern and top of the range.

The home technically qualifies as a caravan because it is built on a chassis which has wheels. It is a static caravan and the buyer of course will own it but will need to renew the lease of the land after twenty years or arrange to move the home to a different location. This drawback has not put the buyers off who are willing to pay £½ million for the luxury home.
