Elton John and AIDS have a lot in common as male homosexuality has been the highest risk activity for spreading HIV. Hence, Elton John has begun the Elton John AIDS Foundation and has begun to raise funds for the organization. The money would go to the cause of helping millions of people who are infected with HIV and developed AIDS.
Laban Roomes of Goldgenie and Sir Elton John together have created some really magnificent iPods that have been personally signed by the gay knight himself. Only 100 of these shiny Swarovski studded iPods are available and you could find them online or at the Selfridges store in London.
