Jean Luc Picard’s “Enterprise E” Command Chair Sells for $45000

Featured above is a padded armchair clad with burgundy-tinted simulated leather and features armrests with virtual control panels. The chair was used by Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard’s “Enterprise E” captain’s chair in three of Paramount’s “Star Trek: The Next Generation”. Its control panels are planned to recognize small LCD display screens. Measuring 47 x 36 x 32 inches, it reached the auction block and lately fetched $45,000 during Profiles in History auction in Calabasas, California. The auction happened on 13-14 December.
