David Evans the U2 guitarist, better known as the Edge bought a luxury yacht two years ago. At the time he had said the it had fulfilled a lifelong dream. He had always dreamt of owning a yacht and not just any yacht but the most luxurious one. His wife Steinberg made sure that the yacht gives the most luxurious offerings possible.
The Edge has now decided to rent the yacht to friends and fans so that it earns a revenue for its maintenance and also allow the fans to get a taste of the lifestyle of a rock star. But the offer is not for everyone as the price tag is hefty at 165,000 euros a week. The yacht will be on the market and available on rent only for the period when the rocker is on tour with the band.
The 15 million euros yacht comes with extensive and opulent facilities. There is a very large lounge and dining area. There are marble-tiled bathrooms and a massive master bedroom. There is space to accommodate ten guests on board. Morleigh Steinberg, David’s wife has taken personal interest in designing every nook and cranny of the luxury yacht Cyan. If you are planning to rent it you can enjoy the on deck Jacuzzi, a state of the art music system, a swimming platform and a luxury bar.
