Nautical Structures has decided to expand in one of the usual ways. This Florida based company will now be manufacturing specialized davits and cranes, which will be used in the military and for the commercial use. Earlier, the company had just limited itself to luxury yacht making, but now it plans to do more than that.
A team of fifty experts are to be credited for this, as they identified the need of catering to the military and decided to manufacture these specialized cranes. The EZ4500KB Dock-Crane built by the company is a custom knuckle-boom dock crane made from aluminum alloy and weighs 2045 Kg.
The Knuckle-Boom crane was made for a house in Ft. Lauderdale, the team of experts chose to build this crane because of its versatile use and its ability to handle multiple boat types. It has to be powered with a 12-kW/15-Hp hydraulic power unit and has been painted with white AwlGRIP marine paint which has high gloss and is stain resistant.
