The luxury real estate market is seeing an increase in activity and firming up of prices. Luxury homes are finding buyers relatively easily. The Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles has an abundance of luxury real estate. Le Belvedere was declared the most expensive home sale in 2010 as it fetched a price of around $50 million. It is the same developer who has brought another Los Angeles area home to the market. Located in Beverly Hills, the mansion that goes by the name the Crescent Palace has been listed for $58 million which makes it one of the most expensive homes for sale in US. It could also find a place in the list of celebrity homes for sale as Mohamed Hadid, the owner became known as the friend of Lisa Vanderpump in the show ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’.

The 48,000 sq ft limestone mansion features three levels and some of the most luxurious amenities. Spread over one acre the house is situated just next to the Beverly Hills Hotel. The house has been designed in the French Chateau style and features a total of seven bedrooms and eleven interior bathrooms.
