Four Flats in One Hyde Park Sold for £62 million by Developer Brothers Nick and Christian

One Hyde Park even sounds like the best address in the world. In any case it is one of London’s most lavish residential development with 86 luxury apartments. The property tycoons behind the luxury estate are brothers Nick and Christian and their backers. Some transactions have been reported in the building totalling £62 million. As per reports one property on the sixth floor of the building was sold for £22m, and one on the second floor for £21.6m.

The details of the registration of the properties indicate that every property comes with a designated wine storage space. The building also has a tie up, with the 5 Star luxury hotel the Oriental Mandarin next door, that ensures that every resident of the building is treated as a permanent guest. The residents also have access to a private cinema, a 21 meter swimming pool and a squash court.

The identity of the buyers is not clear as yet as the transactions have taken place through trusts. The experts feel that the price indicated seem to be genuine and in the right range for the class of property. There are unconfirmed reports that a penthouse flat in the same development has changed hands for as much as £135m. If the price is confirmed it could claim the tag of the most expensive flat in UK.
