Listing of Christopher Meloni’s $12 Million Apartment comes with a Porsche

The high priced luxury real estate requires some marketing effort to find a suitable buyer willing to pay the asking price. Former “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star Christopher Meloni seems to understand that well. He had listed in late February his three-bedroom apartment on the 60th floor of the Park Imperial on West 56th Street on Prudential Douglas Elliman. He must be aware of the pressures on the real estate market and decided to sweeten the deal for the prospective buyer. The listing promises that a brand new fully loaded 2013 Porsche Panamera Hybrid will be included with purchase price if a contract is signed by June 1.

The asking price of the listing of the midtown Manhattan apartment is $12 million. According to a report carried by New York Post the Porsche with the apartment deal is sure to catch the attention of prospective buyers. It is a stunning apartment with a total living area of 3,000 square feet featuring three bedroom and four and half bathroom. The apartment had featured in one of the issues of Architectural Digest. The building in itself is rather high profile boasting of celebrity residents.

The location of the building and the apartment is ideal as it affords panoramic views of the Central Park through its ten feet floor to ceiling windows. There is a large foyer as you enter the apartment. The master suite is very luxuriously designed and boasts of five closets. The apartment also features a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen. And most importantly the owner of the apartment will have big name neighbors. James Bond actor Daniel Craig had rented an apartment in the building. Kobi Alexander, the fugitive software executive had several apartments in the building and had sold three of them as a settlement with US regulators Sean “Diddy” Combs and Malaysian party boy Taek Jho Low had bought into the building. The Porsche and the apartment make a great combo offer.
