The Swanson Vineyards is certainly one of the best wineries that are there. But it wants to be more than that. It wants to be more of a lifestyle. In order to present that picture, the winery has launched a new website that hopes to translate that aspiration. Swanson has already come out with their very own caviar and delicious Alexis bonbons that are a mixture of curry and cabernet sauvignon chocolate confection. But they are now planning to add a lot more gifts in their kitty.
The website will have lovely illustrations by Jean-Philippe Delhomme, and the whole project will be overlooked by the Swanson creative director, Alexis Swanson Traina. They will keep updating their material every month and will include pieces like Alexis’ Napa, which is a blog written by Alexis, that covers her personal points of view on life in the Napa, and several other tips. This blog will also showcase the profiles of San Francisco Bay Area personalities such as Katrina Markoff, Ira Yeager, Trevor Traina, Andy Spade, Thomas Britt, Jean-Philippe Delhomme, Torryne Choate and Sam Godfrey.
They are also opening the Sip Shoppe at the Rutherford vineyard in California, which will be like a candy store, the difference being that this will be for adults. Visitors will be able to sip some of their best wines, and take a bite from delectable caviar, chocolates, pates de fruits (jellies) and sorbets.
