The Meridiist line of phones from TAG Heuer are the ultimate in luxury. I mean TAG Heuer in itself spells out opulence. But the Meridiist line is the crème de la crème of this luxe brand. And now this uber cool range of mobile phones has several new additions. There are three new models to be precise. But the only difference between them is the finishing. Otherwise, the design and features are the same.
The first model is the Tag Heuer Meridiist Black Diamond, which is coated with PVD and is made of the top notch 316L stainless steel. To add the Midas touch, it is embellished with 18-carat pink gold, 1.34 carat diamonds and lizard leather. The second model is called the Tag Heuer Meridiist Stainless steel & Rose Gold, and has the same features as the previous model sans the diamonds. And the last but definitely not the least is the Meridiist Python Gold Dust that has all the above mentioned features, plus East African green garnet and python leather.
The looks and the brand name are all great but the tech specs are not all too impressive. It comes with 1.9 inch QVGA sapphire crystal displays, secondary OLED displays at the top, 2MP cameras and 2GB of internal memory. No word on the price and availability as yet.
