These days many these days many corporate offices are trying every way possible to keep their employees physically fit and healthy. Many of them have gyms, swimming pools, yoga centers, and other sports arenas. Considering today’s jobs, which are mostly sedentary, this is the best way to encourage the employees to relax themselves by involving themselves in some physical activities.
However, one major drawback that these offices may possibly be facing is the space issue.
