Just when you think you have seen enough of the Swarovski studded stuff, yet another bling artist turns around and presents you with something that can leave you stumped. We have seen a host of products like gadgets and accessories get the precious crystal treatment. Today it isn’t about an already-hyped product being decked with jewels; this time is was the turn of a stunning Swarovski studded limited edition skull designed by Jan Roedema. It weighs as much as 3Kg and it comes decorated with as much as 10,000 genuine Swarovski stones.
The designer doesn’t create these on a regular basis. The custom-made product here was made on a special client request. The Swarovski studded skull didn’t happen overnight. A few tweaks to the initial design resulted in the transformation of these steel skulls into a Swarovski novelty. These skulls will be running a limited number of 350 units, each for a price tag of $4,800 and will come in a crocodile printed leather box.
