Parvez Dewan, secretary at India’s Ministry of Tourism believes that there is a great scope for promoting Indian luxury tourism in the UAE market and that’s why this event has been organized. Each exhibitor is being given 25 square meters of fully furnished luxury stands to enable them to represent their offerings in the best possible way. MK Lokesh, the Indian ambassador to UAE, in his message for the event has said that the Arab world is an integral part of India’s extended neighborhood and it is critical to India’s interest in political, strategic and economic terms. The engagement between the two countries is sought to be enhanced through events like these.
Dubai Commands 30% of the Middle East Luxury Market
Royal India 2013 is designed to showcase India as a world-class platform in areas of luxury tourism, hospitality, infrastructure, technology and service industry sectors. Some of the prominent names amongst the 30 high end exhibitors include Maharaja Express, The Oberoi Dubai, Gujarat Tourism board and Aamby Valley City.
