Dormeuil Mode SAS is the UK based premium fabric maker. They have recently launched a suit made by using their most premium fabric, Vanquish II and priced it at $113,000. They were presenting it on behalf of Alexander Amosu who is the man behind this suit. Though, it has a long way to go to catch up with Stuart Hughes’ Creations that cost a whopping $888,000. But the fact remains that the suit by Dormeuil is a stunning piece of apparel.
Dormeuil have been present in the Indian market through a joint venture with Birla VXL but have established its own subsidiary from July 2008. The luxury quotient is getting higher in India with a growing number of Indian entrepreneurs and business tycoons making it to the coveted Forbes rich list. This premium collection has been launched in India to cater to the aspirations and desires of a growing number of millionaires.
Commercial Director Frederic Dormeuil said during the launch of six new premium fabrics that they would sell their products through 80 retail counters across the country. Speaking about the company’s plans, he said it would like to open its own shops in India in the next two years. The company has its own stores across the globe and would like to have them in India as well.
